The main character of this episode is Kyle who takes part in the development of a new device called the HumancentiPad which is going to be launched by Apple.
During this time, Cartman is totally dissatisfied because he is not even the owner of a regular iPad and he finds his mother guilty for it. Still, his mother decides not to do as her son wishes.
The Human Centipede is the name of Tom Six�s movie that inspired this episode�s title and a part of the plot.
